You all can keep a simple fast of 24h and pooja of shiv ji ,in pooja you can do a simple Abhishekam of shiv ling by offering दूध, दही, चीनी, गंगाजल, गन्ने का रस after this offer बेलपत्र , धतूरा,शमीपत्र after this you can do jap mala (in rudraksh)of "ॐ नमः शिवाय ", it is adviced to wear yellow colour वस्त्र today.
