#CNS_Pharmacology Clarification for three points - from discussion with the Professor: 1. The methylxanthines work as CNS stimulants by binding to Adenosine receptors 2. Tramadol has higher selectivity for serotonin than NE ... and therefore be aware of the serotonin syndrome risk. 3. Both a1 (vasoconstirction) and a2 (aqueous humor inhibition) are targets for glaucoma therapy.
