Wanted to draw my comfort character nutting

I'm working on a film and the prop department swears they hand illustrated this. Does this look AI to you? Yes or no?

So in case anyone didn't know, I'll be in Hangzhou China from the 24th to September 4th. I want to eat a lot of good food and drink some tea and if in lucky, meet some cuties. :} But yeah!
