I am your real Father my Love and your Mother is the Earth. Your heart is the portal of presence where you can access both at the same time. Safe. 🔽

Stay true to yourself. Don’t undermine your truth because you are afraid of being rejected or not belonging. Please stop betraying yourself 🙏🏼 Honor and value your energy. The more you adapt to others, the more you will shrink and become dishonest with yourself. You will betray who you are and remain stuck in fear. And fear is just an illusion… Remember that fear is not real. It is created by the mind. Be courageous. Stand still in the midst of chaos, and feel the truth of your heart, of who you have always been. The more truthful you are with yourself and with others, the more aligned and light you will feel, and you will naturally attract more than you ever imagined. Life continues to remain despite the most horrible events happening in the world. Love has never disappeared. Love is more powerful than fear. Love is where life is created. We can find it again behind the layers of our hurt. It’s just there behind the walls of protection. Sometimes it’s scary to let go of the guards and fully relax because we have forgotten the true connection we have with the divine light. We believe in the illusion of separation. We let our mind dictate our life while our hearts desire to embody the full experience of love in this body. The mind keeps the illusion. The heart is the Truth. @thewisdomdiary

Integrity means being honest and having strong moral principles. • Do you know and honor your values? • Are you truthful with yourself? • Are you acting in accordance with your values? • Are you truly loving the people around you? You can’t hold more love & light if you don’t deal with your darkness. This is the Law of Balance. Growth comes through harmony between extremes. Denying darkness creates imbalance and life becomes distorted when energy flows too heavily in one direction for too long… That’s how sicknesses are manifested in the body. The more honestly you face your darkness, the more capacity you develop for authentic love, wisdom, peace..
