Follow the signs. 🪧 Symbols and signs help us pay attention. I don’t think they’re here to tell us the future. I think they’re here to help us become more present. See the signs as presents 🎁 in the present. They’re appearing everywhere when you’re present! You can call it synchronicity, intuition, or simply pattern recognition. It doesn’t really matter…! What matters is the question they open. The question isn’t “What does this mean for my future?” It’s more “What is life inviting me to see, feel, or understand right now?” We can use signs and symbolism as part of the game, as little bonuses that invite us to reflect and guide us on our journey of self-discovery (or self-recovery haha) Sabrina 🤍 @thewisdomdiary

People already have the answers within. Don’t give advice. Ask questions. Give people back their power. The power to stand in their truth. The power to reconnect with their heart. The power to heal themselves. You don’t know better. We all know when we truly listen. The deepest answers come from the heart. Not from overthinking. Not from seeking outside ourselves. Let’s learn to listen, hold space, and allow people to express themselves without judgment. People crave to feel heard and seen. Empathy is a beautiful gift, but it has a limit… As a sensitive Pisces, one of my biggest lessons has been learning to set boundaries and not let my empathy overwhelm me. Empathy needs boundaries because boundaries protect empathy. Think of boundaries as the guardians of the heart. Empathy becomes ego-driven when you believe it’s your responsibility to heal someone else ! You cannot awaken or heal someone. Healing cannot be forced. It has to come from within. You can inspire someone. You can hold space. You can be an example. Growth requires willingness, accountability, and personal choice. No amount of love, wisdom, or patience can replace someone’s own commitment to doing the work. Empathy feels someone's pain. Compassion cares about someone's pain without carrying it. Empathy : “I feel your pain.” Compassion : “I care about your pain.” Codependency : “I’ll carry your pain.” Sabrina ✨ @thewisdomdiary

“Just” share your truth if you want to be more aligned with your soul. When you’re true, honest, and clear, people respect and value you more. But we don’t do it for that. We do it to love and honor ourselves at the first place. And sometimes they avoid you. Sometimes they hate you. Sometimes you’ll be too much or not enough for some. But you will never be able to control how others feel. You will simply hold a mirror. You can only train to be fully yourself by sharing who you are. “Just” requires courage, vulnerability, and facing your deepest fears. The fears of being disliked, rejected, and left behind. They disappear once you’ve faced and felt them. And then new people and situations that accept you enter your field, magically. There is always a reward after the discomfort. Sabrina @thewisdomdiary
