Omaima Nelson is an Egyptian model accused of murder, dismemberment, cannibalism, and castration of her husband, American William Nelson. She was sentenced to life imprisonment. According to the investigation, on November 28, 1991, Omaima tied up her husband under the pretext of a sex game, then struck him with a table lamp (or, according to other sources, an iron) and stabbed him with scissors. She then cut off his head, hands, and genitals, and skinned them. She boiled the victim's head, wrapped it in foil, and placed it in the freezer, and fried his hands in oil to remove fingerprints. Omaima mixed the remaining parts of the corpse with parts of a Thanksgiving turkey and packed them into bags.
