RBI Grade B 2026 Guidance Same suggestion doesn’t work for everyone. Do your own SWOT Analysis and accordingly proceed with the preparation. 1️⃣ Category 1 – Strong in Quant & Reasoning (Banking Background): Some of you are good in Quant and Reasoning due to Banking exam preparation, and some of you have even cleared banking exams. So your focus should be on building the basics of Economics, Finance, Management, reading explainers, building perspective on current issues, and writing summaries of whatever you read to create the habit required for answer writing. 2️⃣ Category 2 – Strong in Economics/Finance, Weak in QRE: Some of you have a prior understanding of Economics and Finance, but haven’t practised Bank PO level Quant and Reasoning. So you need to work on it first, as you won’t get time to build basics later on—after Feb/March your priority will shift to Phase II subjects and Current Affairs will add up after Feb 2026. 3️⃣ Category 3 – Weak in Both Areas: Some of you are neither good in Economics and Finance nor have Bank PO level Quant and Reasoning understanding. You need to start from scratch, consistently work on each and everything one by one, step by step, to become competition-ready first and then start competing. This will take more time, but it’s the only sustainable way forward. Additionally, all three categories need to work on Typing Speed and complete 1–2 certifications before Jan/Feb. Plan smart, stay honest with your strengths and weaknesses, and then prepare accordingly I have already provided the Article and Videos on How to start and what source to follow in the beginning. #rbigradeb2026
