Dear Students we will start Daily Answer Writing Series from Wednesday after chath Puja. Thank You !

In Phase II, the following areas are essential: Management: A complete understanding of the static portion of Management is required. As they have asking questions from almost every chapters. However few chapters like Leadership, Communication, OB, CG etc have been more no of times than others but there is no fixed trend. Finance: Focus on static topics selectively and cover Finance Current Affairs thoroughly (as per the shared list). In Finance there are some core topics from where they ask you descriptive like last time they asked Derivative, other than this current could be asked. Analyze the last three year paper to understand the trend. Economics and Social Issues (ESI): Develop a basic understanding of the syllabus for effective answer writing. The questions are usually a mix of both static and current aspects. ESI Objective Paper: Primarily based on government schemes, reports, key static information, RBI/SEBI circulars & Report, the Union Budget, and the Economic Survey. Answer Writing: Perfection is not the goal — your main focus should be on completing the paper, writing relevant and well-structured answers, and addressing every part of the question. If time allows, add value to your answers through examples, data, or recent updates. Most importantly, minimize grammatical and spelling errors for better presentation and clarity.
