Since we're immersed in Hurricane issues, I decided to provide a solution for a Hurricane Response for America (it involves replacing FEMA with the 18th Airborne Corps, which, at the moment, is idle while waiting for Biden to deploy to engage in Israel's latest attempt at WW3).
