*Type of problem, wile solving DSA problem in Array* ❗ There are many types of problems that can be solved using arrays and different techniques in Data Structures and Algorithms. Here are some common problem types and techniques that you might encounter: 𝟏. 𝐒𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐰 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬: In these problems, you are given an array and a window size, and you have to find a subarray of that size that satisfies certain conditions. You can use a sliding window technique to efficiently search through the array by maintaining a current window of fixed size and updating it as you move forward. 𝟐. 𝐓𝐰𝐨 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬: In these problems, you use two pointers to traverse the array from both ends and find a certain pattern or condition. For example, you can use two pointers to find a pair of elements that sum up to a target value, or to reverse an array. 𝟑. 𝐒𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬: In these problems, you are asked to sort an array in a certain way, such as in ascending or descending order, or according to certain criteria such as frequency or value. You can use sorting algorithms such as merge sort or quick sort to efficiently sort the array. 𝟒. 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬: In these problems, you are asked to find a specific element in the array or to search for a certain pattern. You can use searching algorithms such as binary search or linear search to efficiently search through the array. 𝟓. 𝐒𝐮𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬: In these problems, you are asked to find a contiguous subarray that satisfies certain conditions. You can use techniques such as prefix sum or Kadane's algorithm to efficiently find the subarray with the maximum sum. 𝟔. 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐬: In these problems, you are asked to count the occurrences of certain elements or to count the number of subarrays or subsequences that satisfy certain conditions. You can use techniques such as hashing or dynamic programming to efficiently count the occurrences or number of subarrays.

How to get multiple off-campus paid internships at Startups? Step 1: Make your account on AngelList, and make sure what you are looking for, cause in a startup they are looking for someone who already knows how to do work(at least some basics things) Step2: Go to the filter section and find roles like software developer intern, frontend developer intern, backend developer intern, remote (or your city), salary should be 10k+(or what is appropriate for you), skills-wise filter. Step3: Now you will see all filter jobs, don't apply directly, check who has posted the job. Go to LinkedIn and search their name + company name, you will find them in 90% of cases. Go and send them a personal invite for the referral(DM me to get the invite template). Step4: Now, back to AngelList, while applying write your all experience, your resume link, your coding profile link, and any other things you can share. Step5: Most probably they will ask for an assignment, it will be a little challenging but try to complete the assignment. If you complete the assignment then even if you are not able to grab an internship, you will have one project for your resume. Step 6: During the interview, the most important thing is communication skills, they are judging how well you interact with them. So try to have a smooth conversation. Step 7: Repeat all the above steps at least for 10-15 days. You have to apply for a max of 20-30 jobs per day for 10 days. For all the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year folks, If you wanna get placed into good company and wanna do internships make sure you practice CODING AND BE CONSISTENT. (It’s the core, DSA and LEETCODE , GFG is best) You will get numerous opportunities via on campus and off campus as well. The thing is you need to prepared for it. Rather than feeling regret later. (SDE role) Also focus on web development skills parallely. Hope this helps, happy coding you all!

When you start learning data structures and algorithms, most important thing is to change your attitude. Let me add few points: 1. You need to invest on yourself for next 4-5 months. Just don’t worry about interviews at all. That will hamper your preparation. 2. Focus on problems rather than company tags like amazon, google etc. You are not expected to solve interview problems in initial phase. 3. Many times, you will not be able to solve the problem. Just keep motivating yourself, that I am in a learning phase right now and I am learning new things. I am not expected to be able to solve every problem. 4. Make sure whatever you were not able to solve, you are revising it after some time. This is how you will grow and will become a better programmer. 5. In Starting phase when you are doing questions then think a lot about questions logic then solution because if you don't think a lot then in future if you see new questions then you can't able to solve them 6. Also give every contest for example if you are doing Leetcode then give every leetcode contest now how to do that let me give you one example let's say you have participated in contest but couldn't solve any problems then after ending contest just solve the first problem Or let's say if in contest you were able to solve 1st Problem then after contest only solve 2nd problem that's it You don't have to solve all the problems that you haven't done in Contest. 7. Focus on each and every question time Complexity 8. Frankly speaking everyone memorize DSA its just that with consistent practice the patterns get set in our mind. 9. I have seen many people fear DSA. Because they see some random youtuber videos saying DSA is tough and all but its not at all tough. Its just that the progress in DSA is slow and you have to be patient and consistent to perform well in DSA So dont be afraid of DSA just start learning it. 10.While learning DSA dont put pressure on yourself by setting targets while learning DSA . Everyone has there own learning curve Instead of setting targets , start writing your daily schedule and at night check whether you completed your daily tasks or not. 11. Revision each and every question 4 times. First at night ,secondly at tomorrow's morning then the same weeks weekend at then at the end of the month. If you consistently do 3 questions per day at the end of 6 months you will end up doing 600+ questions (including contest questions) as well Credits : Unknown
