Fortune Global Women’s Mentoring Program (الفرصة دي للبنات اللي اقل حاجة يكونوا مخلصين جامعة ف ممكن تبعتوها لخواتكم الكبار ) Program Description: The Fortune-U.S. Department of State Global Women’s Mentoring Partnership directly supports the United States’ goal of advancing women’s economic empowerment, both locally and globally. This public-private partnership brings emerging women leaders from around the world to the United States for an in-person mentoring program, which will take place Sunday, April 28, 2024, through Saturday, May 18, 2024 (including travel days). Over the past 17 years, the program has connected more than 380 women from over 58 countries and territories with executive women mentors from the Fortune Most Powerful Women community, resulting in the expansion of professional networks and skill development opportunities for international emerging leaders. Fortune's Most Powerful Women mentors include CEOs and senior executives from some of America's most recognized companies such as Accenture, Johnson & Johnson, and Aetna. Asia Pacific University (APU) They seem to have multiple branches. The only con is not having a lot of majors (so check if you’re major is available). Also, they have no fee waiver. Thank you @يايا توريه for telling me about this: to quote him, “APU is underrated.” Africa South Africa (ALA, baby!) The African Leader Academy (ALA) is basically a two-year pre-college diploma. You can apply as long as you’re in high school. It’s not a university, but it’s much easier to get into top US universities when you’re in ALA. The only two cons would be (a) studying for two more years before college (unless you got accepted while in Grade 11 then you’d be studying for one extra year) and (b) having to work for 10 years in Africa after you finish your (undergrad/grad) education. Egypt, Om El-Donia Tbh I didn’t really look into Egyptian scholarships but I believe the AUC and GUC give full scholarships (they can cover the tuition fully). Also, there is the Onsi Sawiris Scholarship which is awarded to “exceptional” Egyptian students to help them study in the US (not Egypt). Elsewhere The United World Colleges (UWC) is similar to ALA but on steroids. It’s also a “two-year pre-college diploma,” but it’s more prestigious and rigorous, which helps a ton with getting into top colleges (some colleges are known to prefer giving aid to UWC students). UWC has 18 branches all over the world. The application opens in January.

دا بوست عن المنح كان فيه بنت نشراه على جروب وحسيت انه هيفيدكم 💗 Europe Italy, Finland, Sweden ممكن يدرس فيهم بالانجليزي وممكن يتصفر الtuition (بaid او merit based scholarship، بس merit-based scholarships اكتر بكتير) وهيتبقى عليك الliving costs واللي هما تقريبا 900-1200 euro في الشهر (على حسب الدولة، المدينة، إلخ)، مجربتش احسب part time job هناك هتقدر تخليك عايش ولا لا، لو حد نسبيا غني ومستعد يعافر هناك عشان يدرس في جامعة كويسة (مقارنة بمصر) انصحه يجرب يشوف الدول دي بس اكيد احسب حسبة الفلوس قبلها، لو مهتم بالفكرة دي اعرف ان في جامعات بتدي منح بعد ما تروح هناك (يعني انت بتبقى طالب بقالك ترم/ترمين ومتميز ومحتاج فلوس فبتاخد منحة تساعدك). Germany مدورتش فيها اوي عشان حوار اللغة ولكن اعرف ان في بعض الجامعات اللي فيها الدراسة بالانجليزي (انا لقيت واحدة: Jacobs University، ممكن في تاني؟) فلو مهتم دور وشوف، عامة موقع daad.de مفيد: https://www2.daad.de/deutschland/studienangebote/international-programmes/en/ https://www.daad.de/en/study-and-research-in-germany/scholarships/ UK مدورتش كتير اوي فيها ولكن اعتقد نظريا ممكن الحصول على full ride (full tuition + living costs) ولكن الموضوع competitive جدا (الslots ممكن تبقى اقل من 10 في السنة) لدرجة انك لو مؤهل ليهم هتكون مؤهل لtop US college بسهولة اكيد ممكن اكون ملاحظتش دولة بتصفر الtuition ولكني معتقدش في اي دولة اوروبية بتدي full rides وفيها دراسة بالانجليزي غير الUK واللي هي صعبة جدا. انا مدورتش اوي في Germany, France واي دولة أوروبية تانية بتطلب تكون متعلم لغتهم لمستوى عالي (B1/B2/C1) قبلها، لو عندك مستوى عالي في لغة اوروبية تقدر تدور انت عشان ده بيسهل الحوار جدا، وممكن تلاقي full rides لمتعلمين اللغة، مش هتعرف الا لما تتاكد (انا متاكدتش) Turkey, Hungary Haven’t really looked into them but I’ve heard that there are undergrad scholarships. If you're interested do your research. Asia South Korea The Global Korea Scholarship (GKS), also previously known as KGSP, gives full rides and accepts one Egyptian per year. But it's deadline is in October, so it's probably more useful for @HS25 unless you're willing to waste a year. Keep in mind you'll spend 5 years in Korea, with the first one being spent on learning Korean. You can also apply to the universities themselves (which can give full rides from what I’ve read). Some of them have a later deadline in January (like KAIST), but they have expensive application fees ($80💀) and no fee waivers. Japan The MEXT scholarship gives full rides, and it’s similar to GKS (you’ll spend a year learning Japanese before starting your undergrad education). MEXT has yet to open this year. Not sure if you can apply to the universities themselves and if they give full rides. Hong Kong You can apply to Hong Kong universities directly, and I think they do give full rides (sorry for being unsure; I forget). Their application fees are expensive (HKD450, which is around $60). Not sure if they have fee waivers. Singapore You can apply to universities directly, and they do give full rides (not all of them of course, but maybe NUS and NTU). Their application fees are cheap (S$20, which is $15). There are only two cons I can think about: you have to work in Singapore for 3 years afterwards (maybe even more if you’re in med) and they have weird requirements (if your education system is not rigorous like @IB or @IGCSE ) like they require ACT WITH WRITING and 5s in APs. China Similar to GKS and MEXT, they have the CSC (China Scholarship Council). Didn’t really look into it, but you can.
