Repost from NS Heathenry

"People, for example, who go to church every Sunday and are instilled with ideas that are diametrically opposed to National Socialism, simply don't think like we do on the other 6 days of the week."

| 3 | "Now that those who have recovered have regained confidence in their own kind, in their own destiny, and thus experience providence and faith in God anew, from the inside out, they need neither Peter nor Paul, nor Jesus Christ, who was once a great phenomenon and still is today, BUT IS NO LONGER AN EDUCATOR OF RELIGION FOR US. Jesus Christ is, after all, the man of the crucifix, his pus wounds, his pain-distorted limbs are historical symbols of the great sickness of Europe's soul. Those who looked for the life of Jesus Christ searched with the probe of the healthy. He often found himself. But that was never enough for the long term, because the Crucified One was the decisive characteristic of Christianity - after 2000 years of development, that is what counts, not our touching attempts over the centuries to make this tortured man healthy again. These attempts, in which we may all have participated before the moment of full recovery, have come to an end. A millennium has passed. Let us not vilify it, let us not condemn it. In the struggle with, for and around Christianity, not only have countless people died, but forces have been awakened that might otherwise not have come to full fruition. However, the fact that we were able to venerate the crucifix was a sign of SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS."

As we know throughout the years Hitler has publicly/privately praised Alfred Rosenberg as the true ideologue of the party. But how do we know these thoughts are genuine and not just public appeal to Rosenberg himself? For one, Hitler made him specifically the ideologue of the party. He at no point in the history of the third reich has renounced that along with the fact that the works of Alfred Rosenberg has been promoted all throughout official NSDAP literature.
In a personal letter sent by Adolf Hitler to commemorate Alfred Rosenberg's fiftieth birthday in 1943. He writes:
"I still remember the day I first met you in Dietrich Eckart's apartment. Since then, you have become one of the Party's leading intellectual architects. What you have contributed over these many years to clarifying and solidifying the ideological foundations of the movement will one day be recorded in history. No less significant are your services to the unified structure and direction of the National Socialist press, which you yourself, as editor-in-chief of the Völkischer Beobachter, decisively guided for many years. Your work in cultural policy, which so often brought us together, especially at the Nuremberg conferences, also represents an enduring contribution to National Socialist intellectual heritage. The great new task entrusted to you will forever link your name with the creation of the Greater German Reich. But above all, I would like to thank you on this day for the unparalleled fidelity and great loyalty you have shown to my work and to me personally over the many years. I know that you are one of the most distinguished human beings that fate has ever brought me into contact with."
[Signed — Adolf Hitler]
No doubt when Hitler was uncomfortable with certain aspects of Rosenberg's personality, was prepared to distance himself from Rosenberg's views only when it served his purpose, and made private remarks about him to some party colleagues (Albert Speer, Heinrich Heim). Nevertheless, these two documents, both of which were the direct result of Hitler's personal decision to honor Rosenberg when he could easily have sidelined him, show a remarkable appreciation for Rosenberg's views and role in creating the Party's Weltanschauung.

Despite Alfred Rosenberg being entrusted with the supervision of the entire intellectual and ideological training and education of the Party by Adolf Hitler himself, a number of people deny Alfred Rosenberg's legitimacy as a National Socialist and philosopher of it. Two key pieces of documentary evidence provide direct information about Hitler's personal attitude towards Rosenberg's work. One is Hitler's decision to make Rosenberg the first recipient of the National Prize for Art and Science that he received at the Party Congress in 1937. The official citation approved by Hitler, which Goebbels read to a mass meeting, states:
"The Führer has awarded the German National Prize to his party comrade Alfred Rosenberg, the first living recipient of this honor. In his works, Alfred Rosenberg has made outstanding contributions to the scientific and intuitive foundation and consolidation of the National Socialist worldview. He has earned exceptional merit in his tireless struggle to maintain the purity of the National Socialist worldview. Only time will be able to fully appreciate the profound influence this man had on the intellectual and ideological development of the National Socialist Reich. The National Socialist movement, and indeed the entire German people, will welcome with deep satisfaction the Führer's recognition of Alfred Rosenberg, one of his oldest and most loyal comrades, by awarding him the German National Prize." [1]
The official NSDAP newspaper 'Völkischer beobachter' too had noted how significant this day was towards the essence of National Socialism.
"The cultural conference at the Nuremberg Opera House, a celebration as unique as it was uplifting, immediately followed the opening of the congress. It was the proclamation of German sovereignty in cultural creation and art. It was only natural that it occupied such a prominent position within the framework of the party congress, as it gave meaning and expression to one of the most essential aspects of the Führer's and National Socialism's educational and training work on the German people." In addition to Berlin, three other cities — Leipzig, Nürnberg, and München — had special post offices ("Fernsehsprechstellen") to make calls, according to the German Television Museum in Wiesbaden.
Video images were created by scanning users with a mechanically-controlled light beam 25 times per second and using a photocell capable of capturing 40,000 pixels.

[ The present world-struggle concerns, not least, the very existence of the German soul, which — among many other expressions — also shaped the festival of the Holy Nights as a form appropriate to itself.
The deep rooting of this festival in the soul of our people repeatedly gives the German poet an inner mandate to give form to the experience of this season.
To our detriment, a foreign worldview succeeded in appropriating precisely this most intimate German festival and in imposing upon it alien systems of thought and ideas, so that today — through a clear recognition of a German worldview — we must separate and sift the genuine from the spurious. ]

| 10 | “We seek beauty, and we seek it in history, and in art history. Here, too, humankind was often at the center. What lengths didn't humankind go to in order to satisfy its need for beauty, which culminated in the need for adornment! The craftsmanship of the Middle Ages achieved wonderful feats in this regard. But even with this, humankind who according to Christian morality was supposed to deny themselves and take up their cross, placed itself "sinfully" at the center. Perhaps out of a need for a reaction? The more humankind adorned itself with jewelry — golden clasps, magnificent ornaments, works of art in clothing, as well as the armor of men, especially that of rulers and leading advisors, which is decorated a thousandfold with paintings and artistic forms — the more it gave its person external significance. Not that this art should be denied: but doesn't this direction of the search for beauty lead us away from the natural, just as the Eastern laws introduced into the West were meant to increasingly distance us from natural thought and action?”

And we need only turn our gaze backwards to recognize that we too are under an obligation to these ancestors, to our fathers and forefathers. They look down upon us – if there is an afterlife at all – and expect us to fulfil our duty just as bravely and honourably as they once fulfilled theirs, and did so under far more difficult circumstances.”

| 12 | “Implacably, over the course of the past winter, the Führer has come to the decision to destroy the Christian churches after the victory. During the past winter, they have conducted themselves in so utterly vile and despicable a manner; they have, in the most afflicted hour of a struggling nation, acted so cowardly and treacherously, stabbing it in the back with such a perfidious dagger-thrust, that there can no longer be any reconciliation with them.
For the present, we still put on a brave face in an evil game; but once our hands are free again, the churches shall come to feel what they have brought upon themselves during this winter. The Führer perceives in this connection a crisis of worldview of the first order arising, one that can only be compared with the end of antiquity.
We are indeed today engaged in the greatest world struggle that has ever been fought. We must therefore arm ourselves for this world struggle, both materially and spiritually.”
