Forgot to mention CVC in this note. Whenever you write on heart failure especially in Pathology: do mention the following points:
1. CVC Lung: HeartFailure cells
2. CVC Spleen: Gamna Gandy Bodies
3. CVC Liver:Centrilobular necrosis(zone 3)
