I just thought that this I should say something about putting *unnecessary* negative reactions on anyones messages !!! i dont personally experience this as i limit most of the reactions but i have seen some channels encountering this! ive seen some just directed at one admin and if you don't like what that admin says / does, message them personally or the owner of the channel, I don't understand the need to make use of reactions that admins put in place so that they can interact with yall to be negative?? if you have a problem with someone, confront them, don't just hide behind your screen, being negative and maybe even hurting another person's feelings?? if you thought they have done smth wrong, then let them know!!! sometimes we may be unaware of what we do and how it's wrong and how are we supposed to change if we don't know right? do remember that admins and sellers are still people and have feelings !!
I just hope this serves as a reminder to not put unnecessary negative reactions on a message an admin sends !! (esp if they're justing trying to engage in conversation with yall 😭) lets try to make this kpop community more positive ya 🥰

| 5 | hi guys, admin blern here. frankly, it's been a tough time handling the admin 🌹 situation, which also explains my inactivity here.
unfortunately, admin 🌹 has not been very responsive, and kept delaying me the sending of mail proofs. no one has received the items claimed to have been mailed out, and hence we believe that nothing was mailed out. in fact, multiple ga prizes from a long time ago were not given as well.
i must say i was very, very disappointed to know of her past blacklist records too. those who know me would know that i am relatively new to this community, and thus i was unaware of these records. it has also come to my attention that some people are under the impression that we are friends, when we are in fact not - we met through admin applications and mutual admins is our only connection. as you can also tell, i am not letting this go just because she gave me admin rights and am taking necessary actions as well - i am not covering up her mistakes.
if she continues to mia, affected users and buyers and i will be writing an official blacklist. if the amount owed reaches a point that a police report needs to be made, i will not hesitate to make one as well.
none of us are happy to be embroiled in this situation, and i really do not want any misunderstandings towards the other admins as well. please do not send us threats or refund demands, or put negative reactions on our msgs as well, we will really really appreciate it.
it is my first time handling such a complicated situation, and your patience is appreciated. meanwhile, she is giving up this channel and wants to find someone to take over and revamp. if anyone is interested, do let me know.
again, it hasn't been easy, and i genuinely hope that this situation gets settled asap too - i am currently on a break in my main channel, overseas, and having to deal with this situation. i am trying my best to stay composed and nice, & i feel immense pressure as the middleman here, as well as frustration from not being able to enjoy my holiday. nevertheless, i took up the responsibility of handling this situation, and thus i deeply apologise on behalf of admin 🌹 here. thank you to everyone who has supported me and this channel, and thank you to everyone reading this. | 301 |

We agreed to trade our Wony PC and I mailed out her package on November 7th (tracked with proof and she received it too)… she didn’t mail out her side of the package for 1 whole month so I decided to cancel the trade and requested her to mail me back my PC.
She mailed it back to me without tracked mail with just a post it with my add stuck to a polymailer … I received it today and the card was completely bent into half (it’s very obvious that this was intentionally done)
All proofs will be attached below! Would recommend avoiding buying from her as this is just so irresponsible and disrespectful!
