Gross market cap is not net new demand.The product is still unnamed, unchained, and targeted for H1 2027. Several of the same banks are also building tokenized deposits that keep the money on their own books.The interesting ledger is the net one: how much is new foreign conversion into short bills, how much is recycled Tether/Circle reserves, and how much is cannibalized deposits. A 40-year mainstream star is treating AI as the default production method for a radio-ready summer single, not a side experiment. The video is presented as a finished product, not a tech demo. It has to look good enough that casual listeners donāt immediately bounce.
Arabic pop videos were traditionally some of the most lavish in the world ā real palaces, dancers, multiple countries. Replacing that entire workflow with generated footage is a clearer cost-and-speed signal than adding AI effects to a live shoot.
In short: the models have crossed the threshold where a major, established artist in a visually conservative commercial market is willing to ship a fully generated official video. Thatās the milestone ā not the fact that it came from the Arab world. The region just happens to have one of the last big old-school music-video industries now making the same bet Western labels are still mostly testing.
