Multiple queries on Forex trading
Let me make it clear I am an NRI legally allowed to trade train or mentor in Forex
but
Forex trading is not legal in India, it's a punishable offence jail bhi jasakte ho people or trainers endorsing forex is just doing for their benefit!
Don't trust this blindly and invest your hard earned money.
I do forex for my clients but I do via offshore NRI accounts slots are very limited to mentor or take up funded accounts. I didn't keep any links in India. Everything is managed by my UK based company for forex transactions
Fema Law and RBI are very strict about it
I do train Forex for NRI clients or someone who has psychology to handle Funded accounts which is grey area.
