"Morning Kalmyk tea is the basis of life" Yesterday was Kalmyk tea day! 😋 This holiday was established by the authorities of Kalmykia in 2011 and since then it has been celebrated annually on the third Saturday of May. It was first held on May 19, 2012. The main goal of the holiday is to preserve and revive national and cultural customs. Some information about the tea itself... ☕ The basis of Kalmyk tea is pressed green or black tea ☕ Previously, mare milk was used for its preparation, but now it has been replaced with cow milk ☕ The salt in the drink allows the body to retain moisture when the air temperature heats up to almost 50 degrees ☕ Only the most useful substances remain in tea because of the long boiling

"Утренний калмыцкий чай - основа жизни" Вчера был день калмыцкого чая! 😋 Этот праздник был учрежден властями Калмыкии в 2011 году и с тех пор ежегодно отмечается в третью субботу мая. Впервые он состоялся 19 мая 2012 года. Основная задача праздника состоит в сохранении и возрождении национальных и культурных обычаев. Немного о самом чае... ☕ Основой калмыцкого чая является прессованный зеленый или черный чай ☕ Раньше для его приготовления использовали молоко кобылиц, но сейчас его заменили на коровье ☕ Соль в составе напитка позволяет организму удерживать влагу, когда температура воздуха нагревается почти до 50 градусов ☕ Из-за длительного вываривания в чае остаются только самые полезные вещества

Let's roll the dice! We invite you to a tournament among students in long classical backgammon, dedicated to the 79th anniversary of the Great Patriotic War. The tournament will be held on May 15th at Tochka Kipenia (Точка Кипения) ➡️Registration will last until May 15th. Organizers: KBSU named after H.M. Berbekov and the regional public organization "Federation of Sports Backgammon of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic".

Мы молодёжь – у нас свои герои! Многие из тех, кому перед сном читали сказания из нартского эпоса выросли и уже создают свои уникальные истории. Так, Алеся Абазова из КБР, вдохновившись нашим эпосом, разработала настольную игру «Сосруко и семена проса». 8 мая в 16:00 в Доме молодёжи в состоится презентация этно-игры. Зовите друзей, чтобы вместе погрузится в мир увлекательной игры с Сосруко.
