በ2015 ዓ.ም የመውጫ ፈተና (Exit Exam) ያላለፋችሁ እና ፈተናውን በተለያየ ምክንያት
ያልወሰዳችሁ የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ተመራቂዎች በሙሉ የኮሌጁ ረጅስትራር እስከ መስከረም 30/
2016 ዓ.ም ድረስ ብቻ በመምጣት ፎርም እንድትሞሉ እናሳስባለን፡፡ ፎርም ለመሙላት ስትመጡ
የሚከተሉትን ማስረጃ ኦርጅናሉን እና አንድ ኮፒ እንድታቀርቡ፡-
1. የ12ኛ ክፍል መልቀቂያ ፈተና (ከጀርባው ትክክለኛነቱ ከፈተናዎች ኤጀንሲ የተረጋገጠ/ማህተብ ያለው)
2. የቴክኒክና ሙያ፤ ዲፕሎማ እና ደረጃ 4 የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፍኬት (COC) በተገኘበት ክልል ወይም የከተማ አስተዳደር የቴክኒክና ሙያ ኤጀንሲ ወይም የዞን የስራና ክህሎት ቢሮ በትምህርት ማስረጃው ጀርባ ላይ ትክክለኛነቱ የተረጋገጠ መረጃ (ማህተም ያለው)
ማሳሰቢያ፡- ከላይ ከተጠቀሰው ቀነ-ገደብ ውጪ የሚመጣ ተማሪ ኃላፊነቱን እራሱ የሚወስድ
