Recently a youtuber technical guruji Gaurav was taking interview of Virat kohli When techguruji gaurav asked Virat what is term ‘performance’ means to you? Virat said that performance is about the dedication towards your goal everyday passionately with right mindset. Mindset is most important . Success is not about achieving the end goal but it is the journey. The real happiness is in enjoying the journey . The end goal which you get is just an outcome of the work you have been doing on a daily basis. Summarizing above all I can say is we focus too much on the end goal forgetting to cherish beautiful path of thorns and flower which makes us stronger physically , mentally and emotionally. Similar concept has been described in our sacred holy book Bhagwat Geeta which briefly explain about 'Niskaam Karmyoga' . When you internalise this very thought , you free yourself from every suffering and anxiety. #motivation
