✨Congratulations to the Young Founder Launchpad Graduates!🥳 On November 30, 2025, ELIX Organization—supported by Mission Alliance and Khmer Enterprise, in collaboration with the University of South-East Asia and the USEA Career Center—successfully celebrated the graduation of 43 students from the intensive 8-week Young Founder Launchpad Program. 🟢 Program Highlights: ▶️ 12 innovative business ideas developed ▶️ 90% of graduates feel confident applying their new skills ▶️ 84% knowledge increase achieved ▶️ Student understanding of key entrepreneurial concepts improved from 4.3% to 88.4% ▶️ Empowerment of 30 female students (65% of participants) to lead as future founders A heartfelt thank you to our donors, partners, mentors, trainers, educators, private-sector partners, and education leaders for their invaluable support and dedication. On 04 October 2025, ELIX, with strong support from Mission Alliance Cambodia and Khmer Enterprise, and in partnership with the University of South-East Asia, proudly kicked off the Young Founder Launchpad Program in Siem Reap, empowering 48 energetic and motivated high school students from a pool of over 200 applicants to begin their 8-week journey of innovation and entrepreneurship. 💡✨ 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐦 𝐢𝐬 𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠! It's about empowering young Cambodians to become future job creators, innovators, and leaders in the changing workforce, while giving them the confidence and essential tools to thrive in the digital age. Throughout their journey, each student will be supported by 13 university peer mentors and private sector experts who will coach and guide them to learn, grow, and turn their ideas into action. 🌱 A big thank-you to all our partners, trainers, mentors, and students who made this milestone possible, and our sincere appreciation to the education institutions in Siem Reap for their strong support during the recruitment campaign.
