همچنین فردی که موقعیت رو نسنجیده و از پیش‌آمد ها بی اطلاع هست و فقط برای اهداف سطحی دست به انجام کاری می‌زنه هم شجاع نامیده نمی‌شه.

آدمی که به اصطلاح "چیزی برای از دست دادن نداره" و بی هدف حاضر به انجام هر کاری هست؛ شجاع نیست؛ شاید حتی بشه گفت بی انگیزه‌ست.

گاهی اوقات چیزی که اسمش رو شجاعت می‌ذاریم در اصل بی تفاوتی یا حماقت هست. شجاعت اول از همه دارای هدف و بعد از اون پشت کار هست. زمانی می‌تونید خودتون رو شجاع بدونید که از خطر یک موضوع مطلع باشید و ریسک انجام اون رو در صورتی که راهی برای دور زدنش پیدا کرده باشید بپذیرید. در غیر اون صورت یا باید متکی به شانس و معجزات باشید یا شاهد شکست خود.
