You need a lawyer. You don’t need to pay for a lawyer on books by hiring them. But you do need to have one or two (if you deal with very specific instances or niches) Lawyers can solve pretty much any issue. Someone lying and talking shit about you or your family online? Libel case. Have an issue with a client not paying? Small claims court. Negotiation if they want to resolve outside of a civil suit. Most people hate the law because it’s never worked FOR them before. You best make sure you’re using the law to fuck anyone up who’s fucked with you TO ITS FULLEST EXTENT.

A tip for new sales people. When you’re starting, it’s NORMAL to be nervous. A lot of the nervousness comes from imposter syndrome. “How can I get someone to buy anything from me, I’m just a dude…” The easiest & fastest way I’ve found around this is for you to create an alternative persona. An alterego of yourself as someone who IS confident. A new name and a character that you can step into when selling. You worry less about someone’s opinion of you because their opinion isn’t about you, rather, it’s about your alter ego. I know a guy, Dwayne who even completely changed his voice from a south east London gangster type to the poshest Englishman called “Terrance” It might seem odd, but the client knows nothing about you or who you are. So you can be, whoever you want to be on each call/interaction.

Everyone is a “gangster” until they’re 5m under the ocean holding their breath looking out for sharks and Portuguese Man of Wars above you. In all seriousness though lads… You should be at bare minimum able to pole fish for food. With all the shit and garbage they’re putting in your foods you should be going and getting fresh meals yourself atleast 3 times a fortnight. Today was spear fishing in a sea urchin paradise, caught so many I’ll store them for few weeks as healthy snacks and toppings for bread.
