216 × 0.7 = 151.2
112.8 + 151.2 = 264
264/400 = 0.66
0.66 × 100 = 66 %

How to calculate percentage ?
30% of Assignments
A1+A2+A3+A4 = Total × 0.3 = Ass.
70 % of Theory
T1+T2+T3+T4 = Total × 0.7 = Theo.
Ass. + Theo. / 400 = Value
Value × 100 = Your percent
