6th, 16th and 23rd July containers were finally discharged from the same vessel on Monday. We are expecting 6th and 16th July this week. S23rd will be cleared next week please.

As at this morning, the vessel is docked at tema harbor but not offloaded yet so the clearing of those containers will be done during the coming workweek please. Good morning 🙏

It is common for last 5 digits of tracking numbers from two different supplier to be similar. We have updated the short code system so henceforth, kindly use the last 6 DIGITS of your tracking number to check for updates if you haven’t received sms on your package. Thank you! 💕

You may do everything right but your supplier or their delivery person can make mistake too. If they tell you your package is delivered, as much as possible, ask about a stamped copy of the delivery label or the warehouse receipt issued by our warehouse. When a package shows DELIVERED on your app, it means it has been delivered, but it may have been delivered to the wrong place.

Small packages are extremely labor intensive, time consuming and has high risk of loss hence, we will encourage those who can, to repackage their goods before sending to our warehouse so you can benefit from > 1 CBM discount.
