Too much traffic slowed us down. Some places outside Accra didn't even have buses to receive the goods.

Free doorstep delivery within Greater Accra is for 0.10 cbm and above.

1. All the above are packages without shipping mark.
2. If any belongs to you, identify the content to claim ownership.
3. Where the actual product is shown, it means the tracking number wasn't visible. In that case, you'll have to identify the quantity of the item.
4. Additional verification may be required to claim ownership. For example, you may be asked to send screenshot of the tracking number on the app you used for the purchase.
5. Claim these packages within reasonable time.
6. We will not be responsible for the loss of any these or future packages that are sent to the warehouse without shipping mark please.
7. In your future shipment, kindly ask your supplier to send you a picture of your package showing your shipping mark to be sure they did put your shipping mark on it please.
8. If you inquire about a package you haven't received, we will ask you for a picture of the package showing your shipping mark as received from the supplier please. Thank you.
