It will be thousand time better if you uninstall shield and install the newest version.
You can copy your game data to
/storage/emulated/0/ShieldApp/Android/data/your_game_package
Avoid download.
All active day keys has been extended with 12 hours ,
All active week and month keys has been extended with 48 hours.
Android10 or any users who have face any issue in last 2-3 days and couldn't play the game and your key has been expired you can contact us through your reseller!
