https://www.facebook.com/share/p/16HfWKj28Z/ *IMAM IBNULQAYYIM ISLAMIC FOUNDATION SHARED FOUR COWS, TWO RAMS AS 1446 IDUL-ADHA WELFARE PACKAGE TO MUSLIM FAITHFULS* ✍️ Imam IbnulQayyim Islamic Foundation through her 1446 Idul-Adha Welfare Package on Friday, 6th June, 2025 (10th Dhul-Hijjah, 1446) shared three cows and two rams to Muslim faithfuls at Oremeji Elelubo's Mosque, Adigun Street, Mosfala-Laoye Area, Ibadan. Additional cow donated to the foundation was also slaughtered and shared on Saturday, 7th June, 2025 at the same venue. ✍️ Over one hundred and fifty families benefited from the welfare package in addition to the portion earmarked for the inmates. ✍️ The beneficiaries profoundly commended the foundation's gesture supplicating to Allah to reward the donors and organisers enormously. ✍️ In his remarks, the foundation's director, Ustādh Rasheed Haashim appreciated those who donated money, those who entrusted their sacrificial animals with the foundation, Al-Irfad Foundation, L.O. Foundation, Dr Akinpelu through whom a cow was gotten and other people who in one way or the other contributed to the success of this 1446 Idul-Adha Welfare Package. The best of it is what was said by myself and the Prophets before me: "لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لَا شَرِيكَ لَهُ لَهُ الْمُلْكُ وَلَهُ الْحَمْدُ وَهُوَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ" "There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah alone, without any partners, unto Him belong the Dominion and all praises and He has power over all things.” (Transmitted by Tirmidhi) 📝 Part of what we can do today is *giving out charity to the widows, orphans, less privileged and the needy.* ✍️ Abu Hurairah (Radiyallahu Anhu) narrated that Allah's Messenger (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The best of deeds is to bring happiness to your believing brother; pay a debt on his behalf or feed him (with bread/food)."
