The problem was fixed. The reason is that the Telegram Bot platform server may have had message congestion in the last period, and we fixed this problem by restarting the bot server.

According to Friendly Captcha, this graphic illustrates the stats of Telegram Watchdog’s usage after debugging stage, which can reflect the spambot stats in the Telegram Platform to a certain extent. After June - the time that Telegram added the join requests feature to public groups and the bot can be applied to them after this point - there are three hike stats shown inside the graphic. You may say that the charts illustrate the candidates who passed CAPTCHA also have those hikes. That is the interesting point: most spambots are not a “bot”. Many illegal industry holders (e.g. sexual content, spam spreading or encrypted currency in certain countries) are trying to distribute their advertisements by real humans, which obviously absolute able to pass any CAPTCHA. And unfortunately, the bots - which are not actually bots - cannot be blocked by Telegram Watchdog and any CAPTCHA algorithms (including PAT). Now we cannot find a way to stop spam on the Telegram Platform totally in a way that is zero-compromise in privacy. And I believe that Durov and his team should be responsible for this situation.
