#Ethiopia የገጠር መሬትን በሸጠ ወይም በገዛ ማንኛውም ሰው ላይ እስከ 5 ዓመት የሚደርስ ፅኑ እስራት ቅጣት የሚጥል አዋጅ በተወካዮች ምክር ቤት ዛሬ ጸድቋል። አዲሱ አዋጅ የግል ፣ የወል ወይም የመንግስት ይዞታን በህገ ወጥ መንገድ ወርሮ ለተገኘ ሰው ተመሳሳይ የእስራት ቅጣት ደንግጓል። ዛሬ የጸደቀው አዋጅ ከ18 ዓመት በፊት የወጣውን የገጠር መሬት አስተዳደር እና አጠቃቀም አዋጅን ያሻሻለ ነው። አርሶ አደሮች፣ አርብቶ አደሮች እና ከፊል አርብቶ አደሮች በመሬት ላይ ያላቸውን መብቶች አሻሽሏል የተባለ ሲሆን የሴቶች እና ድጋፍ የሚሹ ሰዎችን የመሬት ተጠቃሚነት መብት ያረጋገጡ ድንጋጌዎችንም አካትቷል ተብሏል። አዋጁ ምን ይዟል ? - ማንኛውም ሰው መሬት የሸጠ ወይም የገዛ እንደሆነ፤ ከ100 ሺህ እስከ 200 ሺህ ብር ወይም ከ1 ዓመት እስከ 5 ዓመት በሚደርስ ፅኑ እስራት ወይም በሁለቱም ሊቀጣ ይችላል። NB. በኢፌዲሪ ሕገ መንግስት መሰረት " መሬት የማይሸጥ፣ የማይለወጥ የኢትዮጵያ ብሔሮች፣ ብሔረሰቦችና ሕዝቦች የጋራ ንብረት ነው "። ሕገ መንግስቱ የገጠርም ሆነ የከተማ መሬት የባለቤትነት መብትን የሰጠው " ለመንግስት እና ለህዝብ " ነው። - የወል ወይም የመንግስት ይዞታን በህገ ወጥ መንገድ የወረረ ማንኛውም ሰው፤ ከ1 ዓመት እስከ 5 ዓመት በሚደርስ ፅኑ እስራት አሊያም ከ30 ሺህ እስከ 100 ሺህ ብር ቅጣት ይጣልበታል። - የወል ወይም የመንግስት ይዞታ ላይ ጉዳት አድርሶ የተገኘ ማንኛውም ሰው፤ ከ3 ዓመት እስከ 7 ዓመት በሚደርስ ፅኑ እስራት ወይም ከ50 ሺህ እስከ 150 ሺህ ብር ይቀጣል። ......
