For OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates – CSE 2026
1) OBC-NCL certificate should be based on income of 3 years: FY 2022–23, FY 2023–24, FY 2024–25
2) The certificate must be issued on or after 1 April 2025.
3) It must be issued before or on 24 February 2026 (last date to apply).
For EWS candidates – CSE 2026
1) It should be based on income of FY 2024–25 only.
2) The certificate must be issued on or after 1 April 2025.
3) It must be issued before or on 24 February 2026.
