Fundamental Analysis : NFP due this afternoon
Any persistent signs of strength in the labor market gives the Fed more headroom to keep rates high for longer. with sticky inflation also giving the Fed little cause to lower interest rates
However, Fed chair Powell was dovish during FOMC last Wednesday, stating that they did not intend to hike rates further that's what cause USD to dump Wednesday afternoon.
Now the real question is why Powell was dovish in his speech last Wednesday? Could it be that he has clues that labor market start struggling from high interest rates and data about labor market will come out worse than expected this afternoon? Well, all we can do is to wait for the actual data to come out later this afternoon
