AniFi World Open Source Code After FTX collapsed and we lost most of our treasury fund, currently, our treasury fund ran out and our remaining team and the founder have to back to work full time job in a company for living cost and just keep the project as a hobby. Thus, we decided to open our source code on GitHub that we have developed so far. 🔗 Link : https://github.com/anifiworld Everyone can come to contribute the source code together. Actually, our treasury still has the fund in term of AniFi token of 17,551,196 $AniFi which is worth of around 6,000 BUSD, but we don't wanna dump it to the market. We highly apologized to cancel the reward of the 1-digit lotto testnet since if we give the rewards, we have to sell the AniFi in treasury worth of 1,000 BUSD to distribute the rewards. So, we think to cancel the rewards because the participant in the testnet was also free. Or if token holders have any suggestion for the AniFi token in the treasury, you can propose to us. After we deeply discussed with our community and many counter-parties and considered about market condition, we decided to cancel the plan to relaunch the token as our previous topic. However, now we represent to change our slogan to "AniFi World Not Just A GameFi" After the FTX collapsed, we had to re-structure our team. We reduced the operating team from 4 people to 1 person align with current situation, and reduced the developers in the team from 5 people to only 2 people as our fund has gone with FTX. (One is senior dev of DApps and another is junior dev for Game Fi development) With this condition, why's our game is hardly delayed. New Roadmap In our mind, current market does not favor for GameFi and even we released our Game, this might not help our project that much. (However, we are still developing the Game even it stucked for a while recently.) Thus, we would like to represent the new roadmap with products that ordinary DApp users can use and contribute with our platform and we think if it is attractive to DApp user, it will help our project for long term, with GameFi that will release after. DApp in pipeline - Single Digit Lotto : Select 1 Digit number and the lucky number will be announced every 2 weeks. The initial prize pool is 1,000 BUSD and it will increase 80% of betting amount, the 20% of betting amount will be used to buyback AniFi. - Lending DApp : This is not just a fork of Compound or Venus. We will not execute the proposal by only our decision. Our community will decide it. Angel and Private tokens in vesting also have voting power equal to tokens in circulating. (The team tokens, treasury and related will not vote in this proposal. Thus, it will truly be our own community decision.

AniFi World's Update We will have a proposal to decide the next step of AniFi World. In this time, we build our own DAO vote for this special proposal (Don't use snapshot.org like the previous proposals) and the proposal can be voted by everyone who holds AniFi Token, including holding in the vesting for Angel and Private investors (Tokens in vesting have the vote power equivalent to token in circulating) to reflect truly voting of our community and all investors. Game Beta Fullplay The game with full gameplay will be released on Beta when the proposal is published to support your decision to vote the proposal. The draft of the proposal As we lose our fund in FTX, we know that was our failure to keep the fund in the CEX, but we still would like to keep develop the project and make the project go and growth further. Thus, we have a plan to relaunch AniFi World (maybe in other name) and restructure of the tokenomics. Current AniFi Token Holder Amount As at 16 Jan 2023, the circulating supply (excluding AniFi in PCS LP) is 7,319,311 $ANIFI. AniFi in vesting of Angel and Private are 14,498,567 $ANIFI and 10,956,708 $ANIFI, respectively. Thus, the possible supply from combination of all without addition from Liquidity pool is 32,774,586 $ANIFI. Plan to Restructure It likes restructure of a company. We have to shuffle the token structure and pull new investment fund to the project. However, we would like to keep the highest benefit to existing holders as much as possible. To get SAFU badge, the existing tokens have to be cliff for 1 month after listing the new token. Thus, the existing circulating token will be cliff for 1 month, and we will adjust vesting period for angel and private to be cliff 1 month for both and 2 months and 1 month vesting, respectively. - Target fund : We target HC of 500 BNB / SC of 250 BNB. Therefore, the new token price will be around 0.0025 USD/$ANIFI (Assume BNB price is $300). Some good news to update for everyone - Claim rewards system completed - Gameplay is almost fully workable - Optimized the backend and database to improve performance and load time All is available on Alpha test version. This is one more step to fully launch the game and our main marketing partner, DTC Group, always supports us when the game is ready. Future plans for 2023 - Fully launch Beta Game which full system of the game (Within January - February) - We have discussed with VC, Private investors, major token holders. We might re-launch the token in new brand token to make it fresh and make new perception to new investors. As current plan, we will keep 1:1 ratio from current AniFi to the new AniFi token to protect value of the token to all investors and current holders with the new max supply is not over than 200M token as the current AniFi.
