1. Broker and Fund Status
The broker informed us that they are awaiting the receipt of funds from the bank. The delays might be due to the Christmas and New Year holidays. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
2. Foundation and KYC Progress
ā¢ The foundation and KYC processes are in their final stages.
ā¢ Foundation documents are scheduled to be officially filed on Monday, 6th January.
ā¢ KYC is 99% completed.
ā¢ The foundation is expected to be fully operational for onboarding within approximately 5-10 working days.
This foundation will also serve as a legal entity capable of taking action on behalf of the communityĀ if the broker fails to cooperate.
Additionally, it will feature an official board of advisers composed of designated top leaders from within the community.
3. Compensation for the Daisy Community
To acknowledge the waiting period, we decided to offer the following compensation:

š Some great news & progress made!
This is a long update about the current funds and the NEW fund so please take time to read in full.
ā³ļø New Trading Fund
After 18 months of work the new broker/dealer license and the fund management license were granted a few days ago. The next step is to onboard all the service providers such as the liquidity providers, banking, KYC services, etc then open the licensed fund to onboard new members who wish to participate, and new trading to begin.Ā Once the decision is made to go live, this will open a new opportunity for anyone who chooses to participate in the new fund model.Ā
ā³ļø KYC
The final stage of KYC integration is debugging. This is expected to be completed in the next 1-2 weeks.
ā³ļø Go Live For New Fund
The timing of the new fund model to go live is yet to be determined, and will be based on the integration timeline with the service providers, as well as the input of the leaders. Phase 1 of the new model is expected to begin with Crypto trading.Ā
ā³ļø Current Daisy Fund (Crowd Funding Funds)
To recap on the last update the trading was halted on Friday Nov 22 and a request was made with the broker to withdraw ALL funds that were being traded.Ā
The next step is to receive the funds withdrawn which is expected to be in a series of tranches. Please note Daisy has NO control over this process or timeline. The community will beĀ updated immediately when the first tranche of funds are received.
As funds are received the process will begin to release the funds to the community to your Tron wallet/s connected to the Daisy platform. Note that NO KYC/KYB is required by community members to receive the full balance displayed in your Daisy back office to your wallet. As funds are received, payouts will be prioritizedĀ first to those who have not yet received their initial contribution back, with contribution amounts being paid out first, then will proceed to payout the earned rewards to all members.Ā
Again, D.ai.sy has no control over the timeline for funds to be released from the liquidity providers and broker, but this is the plan as the funds are received.Ā

An advisory on cybercrime
1. If you are called about how the TRAI is going to disconnect your phone, do not respond. It is a scam.
2. If you are called by FedEx about a package and asked to press 1 or whatever, do not respond. It is a scam.
3. If a police officer calls you and talks to you about your Aadhaar, do not respond. It is a scam.
4. If they tell you that you are under 'digital arrest', do not respond. It is a scam.
5. If they tell you that drugs have been discovered in some package meant for you or sent by you, do not respond. It is a scam.
6. If they say you can't tell anyone, do not listen to them. Inform Cyber Crime Police at 1930.
7. If they contact you using WhatsApp or SMS, do not respond. It is a scam.
8. If anyone calls you and tells you they have sent money to your UPI ID by mistake and that they just want their money back, do not respond. It is a scam.
9. If someone says they want to buy your car or your washing machine or your sofa and say they are from the army or CRPF and show you their ID card, do not respond. It is a scam.
10. If someone says they are calling from Swiggy or Zomato and need you to confirm your address by pressing 1 or anything else, do not respond. It is a scam.
11. If they ask you to share OTP just to cancel the order or ride or whatever, do not respond. It is a scam. In any case, do not share your OTP with anyone over the phone.
12. Never answer any calls in video mode.
13. If confused simply switch off your phone & block that number.
14. Never press on any link written in blue.
15. Even if you get a notice from the highest Police, CBI, ED, or IT Department, do verify offline.
16. Always check if such letters are from authorized Government portals.
As a matter of digital hygiene, do NOT share your address, location, phone, Aadahar, PAN, DoB, or ANY personal details with ANYONE over the phone or messages. Refuse even to acknowledge your name on a call. Tell them that since they called you, they are supposed to know your name, number, and whatever detail they wish you to 'confirm'. Even if they have your details, do not confirm or deny, or get caught up in any conversation. Simply disconnect and block.
In every one of these cases and similar ones, the procedure to safeguard yourself is simple: cut the call, note the number and block. Do not press any numbers during the call; don't listen to them. Simply cut the call and block the number. Remember, if they are putting pressure on you, intimidating you, or forcing you to act or respond immediately, it is a scam.
Cyber fraudsters are coming out with different modus operandi to trap & fleece you.
One of the practical solutions is not to use your smartphone for any bank-related transactions; instead, use the old keypad kind.
