*🌺Thought For The Day🌺* *👉 How do you overcome the feeling of envy when you see others succeed?* *Envy arises when we see ourselves falling behind while others succeed. Envy always draws us down because it makes us doubt our capabilities as we compare our lives with those of those who have achieved success.* *Sometimes, when people find out that someone else has made big in life, they become envious. They feel disappointed that the person will enjoy all the comfort and fame while they are still struggling to make any progress. This leads to a lack of motivation and focus on their own lives* *Applaud other people’s achievements, learn from them and turn them into your motivation. When you feel motivated, you are able to turn your dreams into reality, but when you feel envious, you lose that motivation.* *🌺Jai Shree Ram 🌺* *😊Be Happy* *❤️Be Loving* *🥰Be Caring* *😇Be Humble* *❤️Love Yourself Enjoy Every Movement Of Life...Life Is Beautiful* Good morning 🌅 everybody

#lecturette 24 SSB Bangalore Economic Sanctions Introduction: 👉Economic sanctions are coercive measures imposed by one or more countries on another to influence behavior, typically in response to perceived violations of international law or norms. 👉Unlike military intervention, economic sanctions aim to exert pressure through economic means rather than resorting to force. Types of Economic Sanctions: 1. Trade Embargoes: 👉These sanctions restrict the import and export of goods and services between the targeted country and others. 👉The goal is to isolate the nation economically and limit its access to vital resources. 2. Financial Sanctions: 👉These involve freezing assets, restricting access to international financial systems, and prohibiting financial transactions with individuals, entities, or entire countries. 👉The objective is to undermine their financial stability. 3. Travel Restrictions: 👉Individuals associated with the targeted regime may face restrictions on international travel. 👉This measure aims to isolate key figures and limit their global influence. Objectives of Economic Sanctions: 👉Deterrence: Encouraging the sanctioned country to alter its behavior by imposing economic hardships. 👉Punishment: Holding a nation accountable for actions that violate international norms, such as human rights abuses or aggression. 👉Prevention: Discouraging the development or acquisition of weapons of mass destruction or promoting compliance with international agreements. Effectiveness and Challenges: 👉While economic sanctions can be a powerful diplomatic tool, their effectiveness is subject to debate. 👉Critics argue that they often harm the civilian population more than the intended targets, leading to humanitarian crises. 👉Additionally, targeted nations may find ways to circumvent sanctions or become more resistant to external pressure. Case Studies: 👉Cuban Embargo: Implemented in the early 1960s, the embargo aimed to pressure Cuba towards democracy. However, its long-term impact is a subject of ongoing debate. 👉Iran Nuclear Deal Sanctions: The Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) involved lifting sanctions on Iran in exchange for limitations on its nuclear program, showcasing a diplomatic approach to sanctions. 👉Economic sanctions on Russia: Aim to pressurize Russia to cease its military actions and withdraw from Ukraine. ➡️Such as - restricting access to international financial systems like SWIFT, Banning or restricting exports and imports of certain goods, Imposing visa restrictions on Russian officials and individuals. Conclusion: 👉In summary, economic sanctions are like a diplomatic pressure tactic, where countries use economic restrictions to influence others' behavior. While they can be effective, they also pose challenges, often affecting regular people more than intended

*Now you see what Karma-Yoga means; even at the point of death to help any one, without asking questions. Be cheated millions of times and never ask a question, and never think of what you are doing. Never vaunt of your gifts to the poor or expect their gratitude, but rather be grateful to them for giving you the occasion of practicing charity to them. Thus it is plain that to be an ideal householder is a much more difficult task than to be an ideal Sannyasin; the true life of work is indeed as hard as, if not harder than, the equally true life of renunciation.* *(Complete Works of Swami Vivekananda Vol I)*

Self introspection 101: The natural response that anyone might have to these questions is to give false or shallow answers. However that defeats the purpose. You are not in an interview situation so there's no need to pretend as if you're answering these questions for anyone's approval. The real magic starts working when we accept our primal self and the urges that we have. So let's be honest to ourselves. What makes me feel self-conscious? What do I feel in my body when I am scared or anxious?

TIPS FOR WRITING TAT STORY While writing TAT story, the most important thing is to keep your mind relaxed as it will help you in observing picture carefully. Various steps while writing story are : # STORY SHOULD BE WRITTEN IN SIMPLE PAST TENSE. 1. OBSERVATION: The candidate is required is to observe the picture carefully which means, carefully watch whether it is rural background or urban, some family background or professional, persons, objects, or both. Check gender of the persons shown in the picture. Are they sitting or standing or discussing or enjoying. These observations will help you in constructing a story based on the picture rather than pre- conceived stories. 2. CONSTRUCTION OF THE STORY: The story should contain three parts which are , Introduction, Action and Conclusion. Introduction of the story should be minimal, it shouldn't be more than 2-3 lines, 3 lines are maximum for it. For example if the hero of your story is Sarpanch of the village then instead of writing- Sandeep was the Sarpanch of the abc village, you should write - Being a sarpanch, Sandeep decided to ......then continue your story. This will help you in increasing your action part and minimise the intro and also save your time. Give designation to your hero only if your story required otherwise if your story based on some personal incident then do not give any designation, simple start with the incident. 3. ACTION : The most important part of the story is your action, this shows the truly you and approach. The assessor is only concerned with the action part of the story , on the basis of which he assess whether you have OLQs or not. Therefore, try to write more n more actions in your story. Action is what hero does, if he got stuck in a problem, how he solved it or the steps he took while solving it. If preparing for some competition then how did he prepared, each n everything he did to achieve his/ her goal. If went to some place for picnic then steps he took for the planning, how he planned, how he executed and in last how he felt. Write all your feelings in this part , be it happiness, sadness, amazing, excited, use all these words. 4. Conclusion : In last, just conclude your story, he felt __ and continued his work for the betterment or simply enjoyed with his friends. The hero should be satisfied with his/her actions, this is the main crux . Whether hero is satisfied with the actions he did ,this shows confidence in his/her decision making power. I hope I tried to explain it but in case anyone wants then can mail me for sample stories and I will help in story improvements.

Good morning everyone I hope you all are preparing for your SSBs well. INTERVIEW TIP: ROLE OF READING INSPIRATIONAL BOOKS As I have started this channel to help students for their SSB preparations. Especially for interview you really need to have a positive attitude and that will not only reflect from your body language but also from the answers which you are supposed to give. You can prepare GK and your subject related questions but when there’s questions regarding societal development and your views on different national & international issues you must take a balanced approach and must take approach for the greater good. How can you sound mature and wise while answering??? Well what I used to do is to read books- inspirational & motivational books which helps in complete transformation of thought process and after reading those books you will feel change in your thinking and you start seeing world with a different perspective. It will help you in your interview answers- be it your personality related questions or societal based questions. After all they are assessing your approach towards different things and IO will check it by creating some situations and then he will check how you are going to handle those. You will be able to answer with logical and practical points as we need to give answers not only to the questions asked but also we need to tell why we think that this is the answer- give reason for your answers as to why I consider this as a solution to a particular situation or problem. Therefore, start reading books to enhance your personality and think with a wider interpretation .

*🌺Thought For The Day🌺* *👉 Is there a reason for every happening in life?* *Life involves a series of events, and these events are often interconnected. We don't realise it then, but as life progresses, we understand the reason behind it.* *Sometimes, we experience a certain experience in life and wonder why we had to go through it. It could be a relationship problem, a painful breakup, a failure in a project, or an unfortunate event. We question why it happened to us, but after a while, we realise that if that didn't happen, we wouldn't be on the path we are on today and would not be as self-aware.* *Keep your trust no matter what your experience in life. Learn and grow from it. As your awareness heightens, allow yourself to make the necessary changes in your life and support others in finding comfort when they experience the same.* *🌺Jai Shree Ram 🌺* *😊Be Happy* *❤️Be Loving* *🥰Be Caring* *😇Be Humble* *❤️Love Yourself Enjoy Every Movement Of Life...Life Is Beautiful*

*🌺Thought For The Day🌺* *👉 Who is the guiding light in your life?* *People who inspire us light up our lives, bring us out of darkness and make us believe in ourselves. Through their positivity and inspiration, we feel connected to them and share a special bond with them.* *Sometimes, we feel dejected and lose hope in life. We feel alone in our journey and do not see any light in life. But then we meet such a positive person in life who becomes our guide, gives us hope, makes us optimistic and show us our abilities. In that moment the world changes for us, we no longer see the darkness of life, find strength in ourselves and see the possibility in life.* *Be a guide for others. If you see someone struggling, help them. If you see someone feeling weak, hold their hand and if you see someone losing hope, motivate them and if you find someone guiding you in life, never forget them.* *🌺Jai Shree Ram 🌺 *Jai Shree Krishna...And Very Happy Morning 🙏🙏*

GD Topic 👉In retrospect, we realise that India has committed some strategic blunders. In your opinion, what is our biggest mistake since independence? a. Taking Kashmir issue to the UN b. Recognizing Tibet as a Chinese Territory c. Supporting China for UN Security Council 1. Taking Kashmir issue to the UN: 👉Background: India sought UN intervention after the first Indo-Pak war in 1947. 👉Criticisms: Internationalizing the Kashmir issue, preventing a decisive military resolution, and the unresolved status of Kashmir as ongoing challenges. 2. Recognizing Tibet as a Chinese Territory: 👉Background: India acknowledged Tibet as part of China in the 1950s. 👉Criticisms: Perceived compromise on supporting Tibetan independence, contributing to strained relations with the Tibetan government-in-exile. 3. Supporting China for UN Security Council: 👉Background: India supported China's entry into the UN Security Council in 1950. 👉Criticisms: Viewed as a strategic error due to subsequent Sino-Indian conflicts, complex regional geopolitics, and China's influence on decisions affecting India. Overall Perspective: 👉Pinpointing a single "biggest mistake" is challenging. 👉Decisions influenced by historical context, geopolitical realities, and evolving circumstances. 👉Hindsight makes it easier to critique; strategic blunders often result from complex factors. 👉Assessment should consider the information available at the time and the long-term consequences of each decision. 👉India's strategic mistakes require a comprehensive analysis acknowledging the complexities of international relations.

All you need to know about CAPF The Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) is the collective name for central police organizations under the Ministry of Home Affairs. These forces were formerly known as the Central Para-Military Forces. General-ranked officer from the Indian Army.
