Whenever there is a Q's on CYSTIC FIBROSIS then always think of 3 organism:-
1. Pseudomonas aueroginosa
2. Staph.aureus
3. Burkholderia cepacia
Now, staph aureus can be ruled out as it's Gram +ve
Pseudomonas is colistin sensitive so, can't be grown on that medium
Now, Burkholderia is Gram- & also resistant to colistin, therefore can be easily grown on colistin media
The isolation of this gram-negative bacteria associated with cystic
fibrosis can be done by culturing the specimen in selective media
containing colistin.A sputum sample is taken and cultured, colonies
appear only after 72 hours of the incubation period, these bacteria
are oxidase positive and further identification is done by using
molecular methods, which bacteria is this?
a) Enterobacter aerogenes
b) Burkholderia cepacia
c) Pseudomonas aeruginosa

3.keep changing subjects,as we have 3 subjects(follow time division of 2:2:1 for anat:physio: biochem)
4.take short breaks in between (don't go through any social media app)
5.Most importantly stay hydrated,take care of your health & Give your 💯
If you are unable to increase productivity then:
INCREASE THE SITTING HOUR'S
Less efficiency means a task of 1 hour is taking 2hrs or more but if you can't improve productivity,you can definitely increase the no.of hours you are putting in !
