Explanation 🤠 Whenever there is a Q's on CYSTIC FIBROSIS then always think of 3 organism:- 1. Pseudomonas aueroginosa 2. Staph.aureus 3. Burkholderia cepacia Now, staph aureus can be ruled out as it's Gram +ve Pseudomonas is colistin sensitive so, can't be grown on that medium Now, Burkholderia is Gram- & also resistant to colistin, therefore can be easily grown on colistin media
