Theists should understand that “I don’t know” is a valid answer. Atheists are not responsible for explaining the origin of the universe or life; we reject the claim that a deity is responsible because the claim has not been sufficiently justified.
If your religion treats critical thinking as a threat, its not guiding you towards truth, its protecting itself from truth.
Everything about religion is outdated…..it doesn’t make sense.
Theist, so you think we have Free will? Can you even describe what it is? Write down the sequence of events in which you make a decision using free will. For example start off with “I am walking through a garden…” and end up with “I eat a fruit”, and between those statements write down the other steps involved so that it is clear what free will is, but don’t include any circular or “magic” steps that are something like “I then freely choose to…” which of course fails to answer the question.
Did Jesus die for your sins, or did he just sacrifice a weekend for your sins?

Atheism isn’t a group. We’re not an organized religion. We are individuals. We don’t have a doctrine, a common belief system… the only thing atheists have in common is that we do not hold a belief system centered around a deity.
One doesn't "choose" atheism, it's more something you come to realize about yourself.
If the God of the Bible regretted creating humans, how could he be considered all-knowing?

In the Book of Genesis, Eve is:
* newly created
* has no life experience
* has never seen deception, death, or consequences
Yet she’s expected to:
* understand a command
* resist a persuasive voice
* grasp the seriousness of disobedience.

The thousands of denominations of Christianity alone show that, even with your god, morals are subjective. You folks cannot even agree on your own nonsense.
What makes Christianity verifiably more true than other religions, and what makes any particular denomination more true than the rest?
