Bought a user and a uhaul off him and he gave me the user before I paid but the uhaul login was incorrect, as well as the next one and I can see he’s been online without opening my messages

DWC @waste // @thehittah snaked $14k when he se'd my targs (probs more cause i sent him other ones as well but this the only one i got proof for). He cashed targ, didn't tell me about it, cb got locked and targ recovered it, I thought the $ was still there so I got it se'd again by someone else and saw the money was already sent out 2 days ago. Confronted him and he said he got the money but can't pay me for another 2 days, waited 2 days and hasn't paid me. It's been almost a week since it happened. Don't send him your targs and dont work with him. will lyk if he pays the $ back cuz he claims to have made mills but is snaking for 4 figs
