It can feel overwhelming and isolating. The Methodist Church in Cambodia held its 7th Provisional Annual Conference, while also celebrating 25 years of God’s faithfulness to our Methodist brothers and sisters there. Our Bishop Philip Lim and CAC President Rev Lek Yong Teck joined Cambodian pastors, leaders, and fellow believers in worship, thanksgiving, and the ordination of new deacons and elders. We rejoice with the Methodist Church in Cambodia on this milestone, and give thanks that God continues to raise leaders to shepherd His flock. MCS140 Celebration Service ✨ On Friday, we gathered to celebrate 140 years of God’s faithfulness to The Methodist Church in Singapore! In his sermon, Bishop Philip Lim reminded us that our calling is not only to remember our heritage, but also to respond with renewed commitment to God’s mission today. It was a night filled with worship, prayer, and thanksgiving. We were also blessed by the presence of denominational leaders from Singapore and Methodist leaders from overseas, who joined us in giving thanks and committing together to God’s mission.
