| 5 | بعد آزمون خودم رفتم سراغ کارمند که خیلی خوش برخورد بود پرسیدم ، میگن آخه ظاهراً پیرسون اطلاعیه داده از هشت سپتامبر به ایرانیای ساکن ایران خدمات نخواهند داد دیگه، گفت نه چنین چیزی نیست!! از اون یکی همکارش پرسید درسته این خبر اون گفت بله گفتن به ایرانیای خارج از کشور که بتونن مدارک اقامتی ارائه کنند خدمات داده میشه، و گفتن که ما هم خیلی از این خبر و اتفاق متاسف هستیم انشالله که بزودی حل میشه، و آخرشم خندید و گفت زیاد جدی نگیرید اطلاعیه های پیرسون رو، و چیزی که من دستگیرم شد این بود که اگه پیرسون بزاره آزمون رو بوک کنید و برید اونجا واسه امتحان دست خالی برنمیگردید. | 566 |
| 6 | عرض کنم خدمتتون من دیروز ساعت 13:30 امتحان NCLEX داشتم تو سنتر ترکیه استانبول، ساعت 13 با کمی استرس و اینکه خودمو برای هر سناریو آماده کرده بودم حتی اینکه از آزمون دادن ممانعت کنند، رسیدم اونجا پاسپورت ایرانی خودمو دادم و برخلاف تصور ذهنی که برام به وجود اومده بود در مورد رفتار و برخورد کارکنان سنتر، خیلی با احترام تحویلم گرفتن، اسکن دست و اینا انجام دادیم، اصلا چیزی در مورد مدارک شناسایی و محل اقامت ازم نخواستن و کاملا عادی پیش رفت همه چیز( من تو سایت آدرس استرالیا وارد کرده بودم ، آدرس محل سکونت دوستم در استرالیا که اون برام پروفایل ساخته بود و آدرس خودشو نوشته بود) ، من یه مشکل دیگه هم داشتم که قبلاً با آقای ابروی صحبت کرده بودم در موردش اونم این بود که نام و نام خانوادگی من خیلی بلند بود و آخر فامیلی من به جای دوتا OO یه دونه O وارد شده بود ، که اصلا به اونم گیر ندادن و با موفقیت آزمون دادم، سر 85 سوال بسته شد، یه پیشنهاد رست تو سوال 50 بهم داد که من نرفتم و ادامه دادم تا زودتر تموم شه، هنوز از نتیجه اطلاعی ندارم و ظاهراً واسه اونایی که از آپرا اقدام کردن طول میکشه کمی و باید از سایت ahpra متوجه بشی که پاس شدی یا نه، و سوالات هم بیشتر مفهومی و critical و management بودن، به نظر خودم که واسه من سخت افتاده بود😂 | 560 |

On behalf of thousands of nurses residing in Iran whose professional opportunities depend on access to this examination, we respectfully ask the responsible authorities to review this matter and restore a lawful pathway to the NCLEX.

| 15 | On behalf of thousands of nurses and NCLEX candidates residing in Iran, we respectfully call on the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to establish a lawful pathway that restores access to the NCLEX examination process for otherwise eligible candidates residing in Iran.
Effective September 8, 2026, Pearson VUE announced that, following OFAC’s suspension of Iran General License G, it would no longer schedule or deliver examinations for candidates who are residents of Iran unless they can provide proof of primary residency outside Iran.
As a result, otherwise eligible nurses residing in Iran are unable to complete the NCLEX examination process through Pearson VUE, even when they meet the eligibility requirements established by the appropriate Nursing Regulatory Body and are willing and able to travel outside Iran to take the examination at an authorized international Pearson VUE testing center.
This restriction creates a barrier based on residence in Iran to accessing a professional nursing licensure examination that would be taken entirely outside Iran.
The NCLEX is a professional licensing examination used by nursing regulatory bodies to evaluate candidates seeking nursing licensure. Nurses residing in Iran are not requesting that the NCLEX be administered inside Iran. They are asking for a lawful opportunity to complete the same examination process available to other eligible international candidates and to travel, at their own responsibility and expense, to an authorized testing center outside Iran where the NCLEX is offered.
Our request is specific and limited.
We respectfully request that OFAC establish an appropriate lawful authorization — whether through a general license, specific licensing framework, regulatory clarification, or another legally available mechanism — permitting the services and transactions necessary for otherwise eligible NCLEX candidates residing in Iran to:
• register for the NCLEX through Pearson VUE;
• pay applicable NCLEX examination and international scheduling fees through lawful means;
• receive an Authorization to Test (ATT) after satisfying the eligibility requirements of the appropriate Nursing Regulatory Body and completing the required Pearson VUE registration;
• schedule an NCLEX examination appointment; and
• take the NCLEX at an authorized Pearson VUE testing center outside Iran where the examination is offered.
We are not requesting that U.S. sanctions be disregarded or broadly removed.
We are requesting a narrowly defined and lawful pathway that allows eligible nurses residing in Iran to access a professional nursing licensure examination outside Iran.
We also respectfully urge the National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NCSBN) and Pearson VUE to work directly with OFAC and other relevant U.S. authorities to seek any authorization, clarification, or licensing mechanism necessary to restore this access, and to promptly implement such authorization if granted.
Qualified nurses should be evaluated according to the professional, educational, and regulatory requirements established for nursing licensure. A candidate’s residence in Iran should not, by itself, eliminate any lawful pathway to take a professional licensing examination at an authorized testing center in another country.
For nurses residing in Iran, simply traveling to another country does not resolve the current restriction. Under the current policy, residence in Iran itself prevents access to Pearson VUE examination services unless the candidate can demonstrate primary residency outside Iran.
We therefore respectfully ask OFAC, in coordination with NCSBN, Pearson VUE, and other relevant authorities, to establish a clear and lawful mechanism allowing otherwise eligible nurses residing in Iran to complete the NCLEX process, receive an ATT when all applicable requirements have been met, schedule their examination, and take the NCLEX at an authorized testing center outside Iran.
