Japan is already crowded to capacity. A gradual population decline wouldn't hurt so much if you had an economic system that wasn't based upon robbing the young to support everyone else. Potential problems could be further mitigated by automation and robotics. What DOESN'T need to happen is the utter destruction of this beautiful nation entirely by replacing its people with Indians and Africans in order to prop up a disastrous economic system.

Welp. That all fell to shit. American Airlines experienced some kind of "technology glitch" that grounded all their flights, then out of 1000 flights affected, 13 were cancelled. Guess whose was included in that? Yeah. And because of my situation (not gonna go into details) it destroys our opportunity to go back this winter at all. Anyway we're making the best of it, seeing some stuff in Tokyo today and gonna make a trip to Kyoto tomorrow. Believe it or not I've never been there in 22 years here.
