Theme: “Express a Drug-Free India Through Art” Participants are encouraged to use their creativity and artistic expression to promote healthy choices, raise awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse, and inspire young people to contribute towards building a Drug-Free India. Eligibility: The competition is open to all current Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) students of IGNOU and other universities. Students awaiting their final results are also eligible to participate. Alumni are not eligible. Medium of submission: Upload a high-quality JPEG file.
