hello guys, after waiting for olive young respond kat sini i boleh simpulkan yang we will not get our pc. dari yang i faham, they wanna say yang pc tu limited to certain amount only. so the pc amount tak sama ngan stock product dorang at that time. mungkin masa dorang pack order i, pc dah habis :) so we not getting it. i never expect yang dorang open sale cam ni but amount pc tak sama ngan stock product which lead some buyers ended up not getting the benefit 😭 so i will proceed to refund korang as i said before, rm6 each pc while product buyer will still get the product. even fullset buyer i akan refund pc only ya 🙏🏻 @nrsyrhmie x1✅ @Shadow_MyDay x1✅ @xuan_227 x3 ✅ @qaiiisaraa x2 ✅ @timeleszone x3 - these buyers can comment your tng/ bank details for refund process

hi korang... i still waiting for colorgram/ olive young customer service respond tau. last update selasa hari tu, dorang cakap my purchase memang tak inc the pc, padahal masa checkout jelas jelas ada tulis pc benefit tu + i checkout at same time as other people yang dapat the benefits. now tengah argue ngan dorang why i didn't get pulak tapi kene sidai till today 🫠 kalau seminggu i tak dapat respond i will give refund semampu i boleh sebab i taknak korang terus menunggu 🥹🙏🏻 so far i mampu nak refund rm6/ per pc je sebab i ada other expenses kene bayar and my budget limited. i know this amount just half of the pc price, tapi i harap korang faham yang ni out of my control + usaha i untuk tebus salah pihak olive young 🥹 insha'Allah kalau next week tetiba i ada duit lebih, i will increase the amount 🤍 apa apa pun i still mengharapkan yang dorang to send us the pc sebab i know korang pun nak barang 😔
