Dear families, We’re almost there! Tomorrow at 12 the Kinder Rave returns to the Klunkerkranich rooftop for the last time this year. They’ll be set up in the Ostflügel. 🍭 our friends from the Geile Watte will also be dabei with cotton candy! 👕 we will once again be running our tie-dye t-shirt activity tomorrow. Our new kids ear protection headphones will also be for sale. 🥨 finally, we wanted to share that our friends at Klunkerkranich have again generously told us that families are welcome to bring your own snacks and water. We can’t wait to see everyone again tomorrow for what we hope will be a memorable send-off to summer (fear not! there are also lots of indoor Kinder Raves in the works for the cold season). 📣🗓 CALLING ALL PARENTS We’re making a 2027 calendar 👀 The Kinder Rave has always been about creating family spaces that center and celebrate parents. This autumn, we’re taking that idea beyond the dance floor with a series of portraits and stories exploring who we are after we become parents: what changes, what gets better, what we hold onto, and who we become along the way. We’re looking for 12 Berlin parents / co-parent couples who want to be part of it - and we're sharing it here first. You don’t need to be a model, creative, DJ or Kinder Rave regular. If you’re open to being photographed and interested in sharing a little of your story, we want to hear from you. We’re looking for all kinds of parents, families and stories. The portraits will focus on the parents (kids won’t be photographed except contextually). Shoots will take place around Berlin over the next few weeks with photographer and Friend of the Kinder Rave Maria Silvano. Dear families, A great time was had last Saturday under the Kolonnadenhof 🏛️🎛️ -> thank you to everyone who joined! The dance floor was buzzing. We’re keeping the momentum going with our final rooftop event of the year on Sunday 06 Sept at Klunkerkranich. 👋🪩 Pro tip for today: bring snacks! The Kolonnadenbar is a popup and has a wide variety of drinks as well as nice chairs to sit and relax (when you’re not dancing ;-)) However, there are no food vendors or options so it’s a good idea to bring your own snacks if you/your kid(s) are likely to be hungry 😇 See you soon 🏛️

Dear families, tomorrow is the day! Online tickets are SOLD OUT but if you didn’t manage to book in time, never fear: the Tageskasse is here. You’ll also be able to get tickets at the door, subject to capacity. If you still need tickets at the door, we recommend showing up early OR coming on the later side once a few of the early birds leave. Friendly reminder that the time tomorrow is from 12:00 - 16:00 (not our usual 14-18h). Klunkerkranich will start their normal Sunday program from 16h and everyone with a Kinder Rave ticket can stay. We’ve got 2 great dance floors planned for tomorrow plus street chalk and facepainting and a sandbox and a t-shirt making station 👚 - all on Berlin’s coolest rooftop. For those who may be thinking about the hot and sunny weather, there is plenty of shaded space on the roof and both dance floors will also be indoors (with the windows open and lots of air). For those interested in the t-shirt activity, we recommend considering an apron or extra pair of clothes that can get paint on them. We will have TIE DYE as well as a variety of fabric markers depending on your level of adventurousness :-) We can’t wait to see you up there! Bis morgen ✌️🪩
