احنا عارفين إن فيه ناس وصلت لأسئلة ومبعتتهاش.. للأسف الناس دي مش مدركة آثار اللي بتعمله اللي ممكن يكون منها إلغاء أي تعاون تاني وبالأخص القناة دي والتيم دا بلا رجعة ولأجل غير مسمى
الفرصة لا زالت في ايديهم لحد الامتحان
أما لو الأسئلة دي ماتبعتتش كاملة فقد أعذرنا وأنذرنا ومحدش يلوم غير نفسه

💙 Actions of 4 pillars of treatment of heart failure:
1. ACE Inhibitors or ARBs:
- Reduce the production or action of angiotensin II, leading to vasodilation, reduced blood pressure.
2. Beta Blockers:
- Slow the heart rate, reduce the heart's oxygen demand, improve heart function and reduce mortality.
3. MRAs
- Block the action of aldosterone, reducing sodium and water retention, lowering blood pressure.
4. SGLT2 Inhibitors:
- promoting diuresis (removal of excess fluid) and reducing the heart's workload.
