Difference between DEM, DTM, DSM, DHM, MNT, MNE and TIN ⚙️The nomenclature varies depending on the technology used. The common term is DEM, which is an abbreviation for Digital Elevation Model, and it stands for the digital model for elevations. This includes both DTM and DSM, but it is generally used as an alternative to DTM as it is the most used in studies and research. 📌DTM = MNT The word DTM is the abbreviation of Digital Terrain Model, which means the digital terrain model, as the abbreviation of the word Digital Terrain Model, which means that this digital elevation model includes terrain elevations and does not take into account the height of buildings and trees. 📌DSM = multinational The word DSM is the abbreviation of Digital Surface Model, and it refers to the digital model of the surface: it corresponds to it in French, MNE, which is the abbreviation of Digital Elevation Model, which is the digital model of the height of the surface, including the height of buildings and trees. 📌DHM: The word DHM is an abbreviation for Digital Heights Model, which stands for the digital height model and includes the height of buildings; It can be said that DHM is the difference between DSM and DTM. 📌TIN: Compared to TIN, it is an acronym for Triangular Irregular Network, and it is made from elevation points, and therefore the greater the density of elevation points, the clearer the digital elevation model; This technique is traditionally based on the Delaware triangle, which maximizes the smallest angle of all triangulated triangles; Three-dimensional images are created instantly using triangular faces

All you have to do is import the building model from Revit, put in the cost of various items and just follow the guidelines of software and you have the values.
