XAUUSD
XAUUSD is holding near $4,370 per ounce on Wednesday, attempting to break a three-day losing streak. Rising tensions in the Middle East, a weaker dollar, and cautious market sentiment are attracting buyers
Gold has stabilized amid geopolitical risks, but the recovery remains limited by elevated yields and expectations of tighter Fed policy. The nearest resistance level is $4,400 (psychological), followed by $4,450. Support is at $4,350 and $4,300.
Friday’s inflation data will determine the next direction. A sustained move higher is likely only if yields decline or geopolitical risks ease
Drivers:
Upside: dollar weakness, geopolitical escalation, weaker inflation data (CPI).
Downside: hotter-than-expected CPI data, hawkish Fed rhetoric, dollar strength, rising yields
