If it’s hard for you to fall asleep at night, you haven’t used your energy enough during the day; do more.

Stop giving explanations to everyone for everything. Over-explanation wastes lots of time and also burdens your mind. It makes you a slave of people’s validation.

In the Industrial Age, wealth originated from machines. In the Digital Age, wealth originates from information and knowledge.

THE ONLY THING SEPERATING WINNERS FROM LOSERS IS CONSISTENCY I see so many people starting with so much passion!!! and then taking a break. This is such a poor mindset to have. Completely garbage. Delete it. Today Do this one thing NOW: Choose ONE thing in your life you want to commit to. It could be your finance, health, relationships. Next, choose one activity inside your topic I.E read 10 minutes a day about investing in the stock market. Now comes the hard part - commit to doing this for the next 365 days. Do you have what it takes? Most of you will fail at this. Because, most people don't really want to win. They like the idea of winning but not what it takes. Blood, sweat, and tears. To the extent they can't commit 10 minutes a day for a simple activity. You can go look at my Twitter account. I have not missed posting a single day since I started. Is it easy? No Are there times you'll want to quit? Yes But remember, if you truly want to win - claim it. Be the winner. And commit. Namaste πŸ‘Š

Develop marketable skills instead of a resume. Instead of worrying about your college degree or work experience, learn highly valuable skills like: - Sales - Marketing - Copywriting - Social media. You’ll never have to worry about money again.

You are: - Less productive - More prone to anger, and - Unable to make the best decisions. When you are sleep deprived. Guard your sleep with your life and get at least 7-8 hours a night. It’s more important than you realize.

If you must be addicted to anything, be addicted to self-improvement... Lukewarmness is a common trait in losers. Only irrationally passionate people ever become outstanding in their chosen fields. β€’ If you want enlightenment - make meditation your lifestyle. β€’ If you want a greek god physique - be obsessed with your training & dieting. β€’ If you want great wealth - sacrifice your free time & sleep. Your dedication must match the level of your ambition. If the people around you aren’t saying you’re working too hard, you’re probably not working hard enough. Stop half-assing your way through life. GO ALL IN! Be obsessed or be average - the choice is yours...

A man without brains will always be frowned upon by other men and women. Exercise your brain by making a habit of reading good books. Your brain is elastic and will continue to expand until you stop feeding it with information.

The world has changed. A degree doesn’t guarantee a job anymore. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”- In this Digital Age, do not expect to find a job. Instead, CREATE ONE! - Learn a skill. - Sell that skill as a service. - Build a business around that skill.

Money only causes problems if you brag about it. People find out you're rich, and suddenly everyone wants to "borrow" money and "you're an asshole" if you don't help them.

A great journey is never easy. No dose of adversity along the way is ever a waste of time if you learn and grow from it.

Multi-tasking doesn’t work. You might think that it does… But it doesn’t. When your focus is distracted it takes you twice as long to accomplish each task on which you’re focusing. β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”β€”- Become a master of single focusing on important tasks until completion.

An arrow can only be shot by pulling it backward, and such is life. When life is pulling you back with difficulties, it means it’s going to eventually launch you forward in a positive direction. So keep focusing, and keep aiming!

😊 Change is inevitable. It's either for the best, or for the worst. Choosing what to strive for is a reflection of our desires - - what we want - - but, the negative result caused by inaction can push one to strive to be better. Kid is asking "Why should he?", he should look inside himself and find out what he actually wants. But, he has to sit down, analyze, then acknowledge that what he wants in life won't just happen magically or by some luck and boom, he's got it! Action and effort in whatever form it is needed to get what you want or be who you want, and head where you wanna go. You wanna have that muscular body and all those abs you admire? workout! You ain't gonna get that eating all the junky food you crave while sitting in couch almost all day. Want to live a life in wealth and riches? Learn the workings of money. Want to have a peace of mind? Learn to meditate etc To my conclusion, first things first, anyone having to ask "why" in that front means s/he really don't know where s/he is really headed or looking for a shortcut which doesn't exist.. OR: He can choose to keep living the life he's in now, letting the tides carry him wherever, and be content with it. No reaction! No complaints! To note, one needs to know where s/he is headed or the compass one carries is of no use... So dude should first know what he actually wants and where he's headed. If he feels he's content and doesn't need change, I don't think he should be going around wasting his valuable time reading motivational articles as such. Just my opinion.

Just before you sleep See what kind of thoughts are revolving in your head. Are they about what other people accomplished or said Or are they about what your dreams and aspirations and your achievements are? If it's the former You need to reasses your priorities in life and genuinely have a pep talk with yourself. You weren't born to be an NPC in someone else's game.

I saw you grow from like a 20k account to the behemoth you have now. Amazing.

Before you worry about a relationship, you must start by focusing on yourself. Develop yourself into the kind of person your future partner would want to be with. Get your life together and become a stronger person. It will make relationships easier.

It's a practice I picked up in July and the impact has been tremendous. I gladly recommend same to others who desire to live more productive lives.

Get out of your head and get your thoughts on paper. This single practice will give you the clarity and emotional space you need to think and process. Do it every day even if it’s just for 5-10 minutes.
