Challenges in life are like weight-lifting. The more we lift and overcome, the stronger we will be.

Don't skip workouts. It's a very bad habit to get into. Lift light if you are feeling especially tired, but don't skip. You go from skipping 1 day to 2 days and before you know it, you're skipping your workout every week.

Demand more of yourself than anyone else could ever demand of you.

Donโ€™t focus on what you think you deserve. Take aim at what you are willing to earn!

You need to push yourself out of your comfort zone and face discomfort and pain in order to come out stronger and more resilient on the other side.

Never try to be the smartest or luckiest person; just make sure you outwork everyone. - Grant Cardone

To achieve your goals you have to be disciplined. It requires extreme focus in which you donโ€™t allow outside influences to distract you.

You canโ€™t reach your potential without haters.

Leaving your comfort zone is hard. Staying broke is hard. Pick your hard.

Leaving your comfort zone is hard. Staying broke is hard. Pick your hard.

Do good deeds because you're a good man. Don't do good deeds so that people say you're a good man. Intention matters. "Oh but the end result is the same!" You're correct but not completely. Yes, your actions will have a positive impact on the world no matter the underlying intention. But let me explain the difference. If you do good deeds to get approval: 1- That doesn't make you a good person. 2- You will not get the self-satisfaction of doing good. The reason behind is that you do not do good out of pure kindness. You do it to get something back. Which is acknowledgement. That's unhealthy for you. Doing good deeds should never come from an intention of impressing others. These are things you do and never talk about. It should come from the heart and remain your own secret. This will give you immense peace of mind. The only person you need to prove yourself to is YOURSELF. Do not rely on external judgment and approval for ANYTHING. It should NEVER be the reason behind your actions. Seek self-satisfaction not social approval.

โ€œHow can I be successful?โ€ To be successful, you've got to know your circle of competence, then double down upon those strengths. Leveraging a single outstanding skill is more valuable than having a thousand mediocre ones.

Blaming others is nothing more than excusing yourself.

As a Man, you cannot be TOO MUCH OF ONE THING. You cannot be the โ€œcrypto dudeโ€ or the โ€œparty dudeโ€. Sure, outwardly you can create that reputation- it helps you network. But internally? In your day to day life? You must be involved into other things as well. If youโ€™re constantly partying, youโ€™re gonna be a broke and messed up motherfucker at 30. If youโ€™re constantly in the trenches, studying all day and night? You will become a overly logical, boring dude with no stories to share. You must KNOW THE RIGHT TIME TO PARTY AND THE RIGHT TIME TO STAY LOW. There should be phases of your life. When youโ€™re young, you canโ€™t โ€œbalanceโ€ things everyday. There should be days when youโ€™re full partying, and days when youโ€™re nowhere to be seen. Extreme mode, focused, phased. TRAIN EVERYTHING.

With the never ending distractions it's crucial to get you priorities in order. Turn off notifications/block those who constantly try to drag you into their mess. Stay focused on yourself.
