PUBG Mobile Light is a lighter version of PUBG Mobile. You can start playing by just downloading the APK, just like the first versions of PUBG Mobile.
This version does not include big events or extra files that use a lot of storage. By default, only the basic map is available. If you want more maps, skins, or other content, you must download them yourself.
- You can only log in with a PUBG Mobile Global account. PUBG MOBILE LITE accounts cannot be used.
- BGMI Light has its own server and only supports BGMI accounts. You cannot log in with a PUBG Mobile Global or PUBG MOBILE LITE account.
Many players may ask PUBG Mobile or BGMI to allow PUBG MOBILE LITE accounts to log in. But if that ever happens, PUBG MOBILE LITE players will most likely only be able to play with other PUBG MOBILE LITE players, not PUBG Mobile or BGMI players.
This is because PUBG MOBILE LITE gives many free skins and rewards. If all accounts were mixed together, it could affect the PUBG Mobile and BGMI game economy.
Note: PUBG MOBILE LITE, PUBG MOBILE LIGHT, and BGMI LITE are three different versions with different servers and account systems.
Expected release Date: PUBG Mobile 4.7 and PUBG Mobile LIGHT will be released on the same day.
