Flows ✅
Flows are a clever way of visualizing tasks that are related to a particular process inside your company (e.g., legal documents approval).
Creating a flow allows everyone to see what the current workload is and identify bottlenecks to increase work efficiency.
You can collect team tasks and distribute them among performers.
You no longer need to search for the employee to assign a task to. Just add it to the flow. The supervisor can see team efficiency and average task completion time.
How it works
1. A flow represents tasks that are typically assigned to a particular department. Any employee can create a task and add it to the flow
2. After being added to the flow, the task is automatically placed in a queue, based on the current workload
3. As the tasks in the queue are being completed one by one, the manager gets real-time flow stats: time required to complete a task, queue time, flow efficiency, etc.
4. Based on the stats, the manager can regulate the flow by limiting the number of incoming tasks or manually delegating the tasks in queue to specific employees
Check-in 👀
Managing a remote or hybrid team may lead to disjointed communications and lack of proper control.
The new check-in tool allows you to see which of your employees have already started their working day and organize work more efficiently.
Check-in is a new ritual to start your team's working day. It is a way to feel part of the team, even from a distance.
How it works
Before you start your workday, choose what information to include in the chat.
Post message to chat. Slide the switch to send a message to the chat or to a specific user. Enter the text. If you check in without this option, the workday will be counted without chat notifications.
Add an image. Take a picture of your workplace or upload a mood picture.
Share geo location. Specify your workplace manually, or enable the automatic option.
Then tap Check-in.
If you don't need the Check-in tool, the administrator can disable it for all employees.

Add Participants Quickly
The whole company or department can be added to the channel at once. There is no need to invite each employee separately.
Automatic Subscription And Unsubscription
If a department is added to the channel, a new employee of the department will become a subscriber of the channel automatically.
Fired users are removed from all channels and lose access to Bitrix24.
Access Permissions
Specify who can add members, remove them and publish posts.
Discussion in One Place
Each post in the channel has a separate section for comments. You can quickly return to the discussion and find the necessary information. Statistics. Likes and comments to posts are counted.
